Fifteen women. Fifteen connections to the world.
ICWL is built around a founding community of women from distinct countries, cultures and professional backgrounds, coming together to learn from one another and build meaningful international relationships.
One woman. One country. One unique perspective.
Each confirmed member brings her own experience into the circle and creates a connection between her community and the wider ICWL network.
Intentionally small. International by design.
The founding circle is structured around fifteen women representing fifteen distinct countries.
The network begins at a scale where every member can be known, heard and trusted—not lost as one voice among hundreds.
Each woman participates as an individual and brings her professional experience, cultural perspective, personal story and willingness to contribute to the community.
Fifteen places. Fifteen countries. Fifteen perspectives.
These positions represent the founding structure. Public names, titles, biographies and countries should be published only after each member is formally confirmed and approves her profile.
When approved, each position can become a public member card with a photograph, name, country, professional title and short biography.
The network is stronger when experience comes from many directions.
ICWL does not seek uniformity. It seeks a circle where different forms of leadership and professional knowledge can inform one another.
Different backgrounds. Shared standards.
Members do not need the same beliefs, profession, culture or life experience. What matters is a shared willingness to listen, contribute, respect differences and use personal experience to help others grow.
Every connection carries knowledge in both directions.
Membership is designed around reciprocity. Every member has something to contribute and something to learn from the rest of the founding community.
Bring Your Perspective
Share experiences, cultural context, practices and lessons that help other members understand your country and professional context more deeply.
Learn Beyond Your Borders
Listen openly to women whose circumstances, assumptions and solutions may be very different from your own.
Create Opportunity
Where appropriate, use your knowledge and relationships to support mentoring, introductions and thoughtful collaboration.
Trust first. Growth only when it serves the purpose.
The founding fifteen are the starting point. Any future development should follow demonstrated trust, value and results—not expansion for its own sake.
The strength of the network begins with the people inside it.
