Founding Membership

Bring your experience. Learn from another perspective.

ICWL is seeking women leaders who are ready to contribute their knowledge, listen across differences and help build a trusted international founding community.

The Founding Circle

15 women. 15 countries. One community.

A deliberately focused international group built around participation, trust, cultural understanding and practical exchange.

Leadership matters. Character matters too.

ICWL is not intended to be a broad professional directory. The strength of the founding community depends on members who bring experience, curiosity, generosity and respect for one another.

Applicants do not need identical careers, beliefs or life histories. Different perspectives are essential—but they must be paired with constructive participation.
